LYSICOM was established in 2018 and provides support and consulting in brand strategy and project management for companies in the healthcare industry.

We offer guidance to startups and internationally operating corporations alike, providing sustainable and solution-oriented support. This is the essence of LYSICOM. The name is derived from the Greek word for solution: lýsi.


For all organisational contexts where strategic support is required in planning, implementation and project delivery, we collaborate with all stakeholders to create the necessary space and ensure success.

Founder Karin S. Boden

Karin S. Boden has spent 35 years working in and for healthcare companies. Her career began as an honorary lecturer for the training of pharmaceutical representatives at a private institute. She has gained extensive experience in a number of roles, including clinical field sales, product management, sales and marketing management, and executive management. For over five years, she worked as a freelance programme and project manager, gaining experience in various organisations and regions. She has experience of working with a wide range of organisations, from global corporations to start-ups, and is able to appreciate the opportunities, potential and challenges that each presents.

Karin S. Boden holds a degree in biology (Diplom-Biologin) and is a trained business coach as well as an agile coach. She is also a certified trainer for the persolog© personality and stress model.
